Terms of sale and use

These terms are an agreement between you and Samet Ateşen, trading as Atesen Software, Sakarya, Türkiye ("Atesen Software", "we") for Report Fixer for QuickBooks Online (the "extension") and its Pro plan.

1. The extension

The extension changes how QuickBooks Online reports are shown in your browser and, when you ask, copies them to the clipboard or saves them as CSV files on your computer. It changes no data in QuickBooks Online and is provided as is. The free plan fixes the layout of 3 different reports a day; Pro fixes every report and adds Copy for Excel, CSV download, an Excel workbook download, remembered rows and drill-downs in a new tab. Anyone who installed the extension before version 0.3 keeps every feature it had then free of charge, for good; features added to Pro later are part of Pro for everyone.

2. Buying Pro

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase.

Pro is a subscription of $9 per month or $79 per year. Sales tax is added to the price in the US and Canada; in most other countries the price already includes VAT or GST, and Paddle shows the total before you pay. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it with the link in your Paddle receipt or by writing to support@atesensoftware.com. Cancelling stops future payments; the period you paid for stays active. A full refund or a chargeback cancels the subscription immediately and ends its license key.

3. The license key

Each subscription comes with one license key for one person, to use in the browsers they work in. Do not publish, sell or share the key. Each key is valid for about five weeks and is renewed automatically while the subscription is paid, which needs the extension to reach our license server from time to time; it stops working when the subscription ends, is refunded or charged back. We may revoke a key that is published or shared publicly.

4. QuickBooks

You are responsible for using QuickBooks Online within Intuit's terms and for the reports you copy or export. We do not receive your reports; see the privacy notice. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc.; we are not affiliated with Intuit.

5. Warranty and liability

The extension is provided without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Intuit may change QuickBooks Online in ways that stop a feature from working; we will try to adapt the extension, but cannot promise to. Always check copied or exported figures against QuickBooks before you rely on them. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

6. Changes

We may change these terms or the prices for future periods. Price changes apply from your next renewal after we tell you by e-mail at least 30 days before.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Sakarya have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
